Cartridge pleated petticoat - bespoke

This petticoat is suitable both for 17th century attire and, if worn over a corded and/or quilted petticoat, for the 1840's silhouette: it's a versatile underpinning also for theatrical costumes and historical inspired costumes.
The petticoat will be made in cotton and/or linen, it can be lined with cotton and/or linen or can be requested unlined if you prefer a lighter petticoat: in both cases the petticoat are fully hand finished following historical techniques and all the pleating is hand-made and hand-sewn.
The petticoat is fastened on the back.
The contrasting fabric stripe will be made in cotton and/or linen too: it's decorative but will also protect the bottom of your petticoat. if you prefer to have a monochromatic petticoat choose the option "Monochromatic".

The petticoat will be made with the color/colors of your choice: while white linen or cotton it's always available, for other colors please send a message to check color availability.

Any design/fabric change and/or any addition of decorative details must be requested before purchase and involve a variation in costs; your fabric choice must be communicated before purchase.

*Please note, this type of petticoat is supposed to be worn as undergarment and also to be slightly adjustable to body changes or being stacked over another petticoat, meaning that the space between the waistband and the end of the opening on the back is supposed to be closed with pins (not included in the listing) or not be closed at all (like it's shown in the videos)*

Measurements:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a list of the measurements that will be needed to make your bespoke garment/ garments plus a diagram / tutorial that will show you how to correctly take those measurements.
 
 
Processing time:
After the purchase, the fabric selection and receiving your measurements it takes about  30  business days  for the petticoat to be completed.

Your bespoke order will take part of a production cycle in which other garments and accessories are created. For this reason it's recommended to order your petticoat in advance of your event/historical re-enactment/wedding date because not always it will be possible to speed your custom order.
 
Shipping:
This petticoat will be shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping is tracked and insured: the courier will request a direct signature to deliver the package.
For non EU countries: custom charges are not included in the shipping or item price. Customs charges are to be covered by the customer at delivery.
